When you cross zones for a long enough stay, change it in Settings to whatever time works at your new location — many travelers pick an evening check-in that lands during their family's morning, so any alert wakes them up at a reasonable hour. Beacon Safe is not an emergency service and does not contact 911 or international emergency responders. In any life-threatening emergency, always call your local emergency number directly.
